Katie is a Registered Nutritional Therapist who works with couples struggling to conceive and loves to support couples from one year prior to one year post-pregnancy. She lives in London with her husband and two children.
Katie also struggled with fertility – in short, it took two years, one ectopic pregnancy and one early miscarriage before having a healthy boy and 18 months later, his little sister.
Katie has always been fascinated by the human body – able to recite all the bones in the body from a young age and going on to study Human Biology at university. But it was only through her fertility struggles that she rediscovered her passion for biology and strengthened her belief in the body’s ability to heal. It was during this journey that she decided to study Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, graduating with distinction and followed this up with a year-long specialist fertility training with Sandra Greenbank.
Having always had a passion for getting to the root cause of problems and honing this skill through a career of business analysis and product management, Katie applies this way of thinking in her approach to fertility problems with her clients – leaving no stone unturned.
It is Katie’s belief that supporting fertility is not just about getting pregnant but about improving the baseline health of the couple, to have a healthy pregnancy, a healthy baby and a healthy mother at the end of it and to empower the couple to pass this knowledge on, to ultimately improve the health of future generations.
