Amy Swan
Profile

Amy is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist and has completed specialised fertility and health coach training.

Having experienced personally the emotional and physical toll of trying for a baby following pregnancy loss and IVF, Amy has a deep insight into the challenges many face with reproductive health and provides compassionate support to individuals and couples trying to conceive.

Using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance to support hormone balance, reproductive health, and overall well-being, together we will create a tailored plan that nourishes your body, optimises fertility, and empowers you to take positive steps towards conception.

Using her training, Amy will utilise tools to support you holistically, considering not just diet but also lifestyle factors like maintaining a healthy body weight, managing stress, and optimising your fertility. Simple changes, like eating a nutrient-rich diet, can make a real difference and for those with PCOS or endometriosis, targeted nutrition can help balance hormones, regulate cycles, and create a more favourable environment for conception. For those undergoing IVF, nutrition plays a supportive role in egg and sperm quality, implantation, and overall treatment success.

Amy is particularly passionate about supporting couples where male factor fertility plays a role. Having completed her research in male infertility, she believes male health is too often overlooked in fertility care, and enjoys helping men improve sperm quality, hormone balance, and overall wellbeing—whether preparing for natural conception or assisted reproduction.

Trying to conceive can be a lonely and uncertain journey, but you don’t have to do it alone. Amy will guide you every step of the way.
