Profile

Marika is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist with ten years of clinical experience working with a wide range of conditions. Her speciality is Fertility and Women’s Health, she is especially keen to help couples and singles to prepare their bodies for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Marika specialises in women over 35/40, having had clients up to the age of 49 (as long as you menstruate you can get pregnant!), women with high FSH and low AMH, with diagnoses like POI and POR, and women with multiple miscarriages. Her approach in her practice is to optimise the clients body for pregnancy as well as turn every stone to find out the root cause of any fertility problems.

Marika graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Manchester, where she now teaches and enjoys helping students to become effective practitioners. Marika is accredited by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) a government-sponsored registration body for complementary healthcare practitioners. She is also a Functional Medicine AFMCP graduate. Marika is originally from Finland and loves to spend her time with her 2 girls, walking up the Munros in Scotland (52 done!) and her massive Irish Wolfhound called Karhu.
