I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist (BANT, UK) based in Munich, Germany.
In 2017 I graduated with distinction from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, where I started practicing. In 2018 I relocated to my home town, Munich, where I continue to support UK/ international (online) as well as German speaking/local clients (online or face to face). I have also been undergoing specialised, postgraduate training in fertility and women’s health.
I grew up in Munich, but during my childhood, spent time in an ashram in India and the US. At an early age I learnt that emotional well-being is as important as physical health. I incorporate this approach in my work as a Nutritional Therapist today. Both in the UK and Germany I collaborate with acupuncturists, hypnotherapists and cranial osteopaths. Functional testing presents an important part of my practice, as it can help identify underlying imbalances, which may impact on fertility. I work with laboratories based in the UK and Europe. Dietary and lifestyle changes, as well as nutritional supplements, are also an integral part of my clinic.
Being a mother of three children, one with special needs, and experiencing the onset of my father’s illness brought home to me how important it is for all of us to stay healthy. This ignited a passion for the science of nutrition and lifestyle medicine and propelled me into study. My family means everything to me, hence I chose to specialise in fertility in order to support couples who are experiencing difficulty conceiving. New research is continuously emerging on how nutrition and lifestyle can positively impact fertility. It is a great honour for me to be able to pass on this knowledge and help couples to become parents.
