Profile

I am a registered nutritional therapist specialising in fertility and pregnancy, supporting couples wherever they are on their fertility journey.

I work with couples who are trying to for a baby naturally, those who have experienced loss, or those who require Assisted Reproductive Technology to conceive.

My support extends beyond reconnecting clients with food; it will touch on all areas of their lives, from how they live to how they breathe, move, de-stress, and sleep, reconnecting them with their bodies and optimising and preserving their fertility. Today’s modern world brings many obstacles for couples wanting to make a family, from the food industry and stress to environmental toxins and baby-making happening later in life. It can be overwhelming for people to understand how to support their health best, but this is where I come in.

My health journey and my journey to parenthood are what have made me so passionate about helping others. Throughout my late teens and twenties, I suffered from debilitating IBS. During that time, it took me a year and a bit to get my periods back after coming off the pill, and I then struggled with awful PMS. I felt out of control of my health and out of sync with my body. I decided to take my health into my own hands and studied Naturopathic Nutrition for three years at The College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I received my Diploma.

I practice personalised, evidence-based nutrition, and I work with advanced testing companies to help give you answers to unanswered questions, getting you one step closer to parenthood. The tools I will provide you with are not only for supporting your fertility for now but for you and your family’s health for the future, too.

If you are looking for support, I promise we will have fun! Get in touch to book in your free 20 minute discovery consultation here.
