Jen Walpole

Jen Walpole is a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in fertility and IVF nutrition. It was Jen’s own health struggles that led her to Nutritional Therapy, having suffered with hormonal imbalances throughout her 20’s which resulted in a PCOS diagnosis. What began as a passion for healthy eating and living, led Jen to study for a three-year Naturopathic Nutrition diploma at the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine. Having started her own family with the help of IVF, Jen is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about supporting others through the process, ensuring they get the best possible results, leading to a positive pregnancy outcome and healthy baby.

“Having had a positive outcome with IVF myself, I am extremely passionate in supporting my clients through the process, ensuring they are fully informed into making the best decisions possible for them. I am there with you every step of the process, tailoring my support to individual needs using a functional, evidence-based, personalised approach to nutrition that incorporates lifestyle factors. I typically work with couples that have difficulty conceiving and are considering their next steps, whether that be via natural conception or IVF.”

“Working with Jen I can now feel positive that we did all that we could have possibly done to improve our possibilities for a positive outcome – (we had an amazing number of embryos considering my hormone levels and age!) this has given us a lot of clarity on our true next steps. Jen gave me a lot of clarity backed up by scientific tests and approach and gave peace of mind that we were achieving good results. I feel we got to the bottom of many issues that were affecting my everyday health, bloating, period pain, exhaustion, acne.”
