Sarah is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and fertility detective on a mission to educate, guide and support couples on their journey to parenthood.

Diagnosed with PCOS in her late 20s, it was Sarah’s own fertility struggle that led her to Nutritional Therapy and showed her first hand the impact small nutrition and lifestyle changes can have on a couple’s ability to conceive. Now a mum of two daughters, her passion is helping other couples, who are experiencing difficulties conceiving, realise their dream of having a family.

Working with the latest scientific research, Sarah provides a holistic approach to fertility, applying highly personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes alongside targeted supplementation, to help boost a couple’s fertility and increase their chances of conception and a healthy pregnancy.

Struggling to conceive can be an extremely stressful time so Sarah’s priority is to ensure that couples feel supported and motivated throughout their health journey. She takes pride in listening and working closely with her clients to be able to develop a health plan that is realistic and achievable, whether couples are trying to fall pregnant naturally or via IVF.
